1. Technology & Design Center
PILTEK Technology & Design Center (Teknopark Ankara)
Location: Teknopark Ankara
Function: R&D, design, engineering, and project management
Our Technology Center houses PILTEK’s core design and simulation teams, responsible for:
Concept development and feasibility studies
Electrochemical and thermal modeling
Custom battery architecture design
System integration consulting
Prototype development and testing supervision
This center is also our main hub for client collaboration, documentation, and strategic planning activities.
2. Production Facility
PILTEK Production Facility (Saray Birlik OSB, Kahramankazan)
Location: Saray Industrial Zone (OSB), Kahramankazan – Ankara
Function: Manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging
Our 1,300 m² production facility is optimized for high-reliability battery system production, including:
Thermal and LOX battery manufacturing
Glass-to-metal feedthrough fabrication
Dry room assembly (ISO class)
In-house welding, leak testing, and electrical validation
Packaging according to DGR standards
Key features include:
90 m² dry room for moisture-sensitive assembly
Scalable capacity: >10,000 batteries/year
Expansion underway to support 50,000 batteries/year by 2027
